How did beardog came about?
In the winter of 1991 in the parking lot where I worked, he was born. You know how
when you see something and you just know that this is It. Well that was what I saw
when I saw the Bear. He was this little round puppy that looked like a miniature
Bear. I had the joy of watching him for seven weeks grow strong enough for me to
bring him home. My oldest child was 8 yrs old, and my youngest was 6, and they asked
me with big eyes what was the cubs name, and I said "Bear", and my kids just laughed
and whispered. I asked them what was so funny and my son who was the oldest
said "Dad he's a "Beardog". For 14 yrs he brought a lot of warmth and love, and
a safe environment for all who came around him. To know the "Beardog" was to know
love, trust, loyalty, and safety.
I hope that we here at Beardog Inc, are able to bring to all who come within contact
with us here at our site, find a safe, trusted, and fun place to shop. I hope that
you also find that we are true to our principles. That to be of service to others,
you must give away what was so freely given. So remember, that we believe that life
